WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS The following conditions apply to accommodation bookings made by you through your usage of this site. Conditions may be altered at any time. General All the website users are advised to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions before finalising the booking. Once you have made any hotel bookings, you accept and agree with all terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions are all standard to the industry. Reservations Please follow the instructions on the website in order to complete your booking. You will receive an immediate online confirmation of your booking and voucher via email upon submitting this reservation. You will have to print your accommodation voucher and present it to the hotel upon arrival. We will not accept responsibility for your failing to present our voucher to the hotel on arrival. If you do not receive these travel documents via e-mail, please contact us (for our contact details please refer to "About us" at the foot of each page). Where we are unable to confirm the initial requested accommodation, an alternative will be proposed (with any difference in price indicated). Details of this new proposal will be sent to the you via email. Should you decide not to take up the new hotel proposed, the booking will be cancelled, with no cancellation/administration charges applied. We are not responsible for circumstances which are beyond our control such as hotels’ overbookings or bookouts. We will try to allocate, but cannot guarantee, the type of room requested, as this will be allocated always at the time of the check in. However the room allocated will be suitable for the number of people accommodated. The room types used are as follows: Twin room: contains two single beds in the same room. Suitable for 2 people. Double room: contains one double bed. Suitable for 2 people. Single room: contains one single bed. Suitable for 1 person. Triple room: contains twin or double bed/s + extra bed, or two double beds. Most hotels do not have one full size bed for each guest in their triple rooms. Quad room: contains two double beds, four single beds or one double bed and 2 single beds in a room suitable for accommodating four adults. Accommodating Children: each hotel has its own child policy so we are unable to confirm extra beds for children online. However, once we receive your booking we will forward your request to the hotel and reconfirm via email to you. Please be assured that should your chosen hotel request a child supplement you can cancel your booking without charge. for 1 Child with 1 Adult: please select Double or Twin on Home page Search form (hotels do not give a discount in this instance). for 1 Child with 2 Adults: select Double or Twin on Home page Search form. Select your hotel from listed search results and book a Twin or Double room. At point of booking please complete the “Your remarks” Special box, at the bottom of the Booking Summary, with your request to add an extra bed for one child (please also state age). for 2 Children with 2 Adults: a request form shown on the Home page will have to be filled in and a written offer will be sent to you. for 1 Infant with 1 Adult: select Single on Home page Search form. Select your hotel from listed search results and book a Single room. At point of booking please complete the “Your remarks” box, with your request to add a cot/cradle or crib for one infant (suitable for infant up to 2 years of age). for 1 Infant with 2 Adults: select Double or Twin on Home page Search form. Select your hotel from listed search results and book a Twin or Double room. At point of booking please complete the “Your remarks” box, with your request to add a cot/cradle or crib for one infant (suitable for infant up to 2 years of age). When making a booking, it shall be your responsibility to specify in the “Your remarks” field any physical or mental condition to which you or a member of your party is subject to and which may require special facilities (eg. wheelchair access needed, feather allergy etc). We will notify the hotel of your requirement and will reconfirm it to you via e-mail. Payments You are required to enter a valid credit card number, which will be charged by Asatours in British Pounds for the full amount of the reservation. Should the credit card be declined we reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Credit cards will be charged in full at the time of booking. VAT Claims We operate under the Tour Operators' Margin Scheme (TOMS) of the United Kingdom and as per the provisions of TOMS, we are not permitted to issue VAT invoices in relation to the accommodation sales. However we are able to issue a receipt in respect of the payment. Prices Prices are per room per night and include VAT and meal plan as stated. Amendments Hotels and services in London and UK All amendments will be subject to a GBP 10 handling fee. Amendments must be received at least 3 working days before arrival date. All amendments must be made in writing (for our contact details please refer to "About us" at the foot of each page) and reconfirmed via e-mail by us. However if you wish to book extra nights, please go back online in order to waive the handling fee of GBP 10, but please remember to specify your reference number in the remarks field from the previous booking. Hotels and services in Paris and France All amendments will be subject to a GBP 10 handling fee. Amendments must be received at least 8 working days before arrival date. All amendments must be made in writing (for our contact details please refer to "About us" at the foot of each page) and reconfirmed via e-mail by us. However if you wish to book extra nights, please go back online in order to waive the handling fee of GBP 10, but please remember to specify your reference number in the remarks field from the previous booking. Office Hours: Monday to Friday 09.30 am to 6 pm (GMT). Messages received outside of these hours are not valid until the next working day. We do not accept responsibility for modifications regardless of the circumstances in which the modification is made. We shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation, or the relevant insurance provider if insured. Please note that credit card charges are non refundable. Cancellations Hotels and services in London and UK You are entitled to a refund if you cancel within the following time scales: - Up to 3 working days prior to date of arrival, all cancellations will be subject to a GBP 10 handling fee. - Less than 3 working days prior to date of arrival, any cancellation will be charged a cancellation charge equal to 1 night's room charge. - Non arrival "No show" will result in the cancellation of the entire booking and a non arrival fee equal to the charges applied by the hotel/supplier and our GBP 10 administration fee. Hotels and services in Paris and France You are entitled to a refund if you cancel within the following time scales: - Up to 8 working days prior to date of arrival, all cancellations will be subject to a GBP 10 handling fee. - Less than 8 working days prior to date of arrival, any cancellation will be charged a cancellation charge equal to 1 night's room charge. - Non arrival "No show" will result in the cancellation of the entire booking and a non arrival fee equal to the charges applied by the hotel/supplier and our GBP 10 administration fee. Telephone Bookings: Please be aware that there is a surcharge of GBP 2.00 for all bookings made over the telephone. E-mail contact will be made with clients via the e-mail address provided at the time of reservation in respect to any communication regarding the service booked. Evidence of the e-mail dispatch will be accepted as evidence of receipt. If you have not provided us with a valid e-mail address, you should check with our reservation centre during opening hours if there are any communications regarding the service booked. Please note that for bookings made within 48 hrs from the arrival date it is still your responsibility to check your mail box in case of last minute communication. Complaints Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to us in writing as soon as possible via e-mail (for our contact details please refer to "About us" at the foot of each page). Any complaint regarding the travel arrangements must be brought to the attention of the local supplier’s management as early as possible during your stay and, if not resolved to your satisfaction, should be notified to us in writing during your stay, and not later than 10 working days from departure. Security We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. However, if unauthorized charges appear on your credit card statement for the card used on our web site, we shall not be liable. Client & Age and responsibilities Passport, visa and health requirements for you and your party are your responsibility. We are not responsible for any irregularities, delays, vaccinations needed on visas and passports. You are strongly recommended to obtain travel insurance against cancellation, medical cover, and lost luggage. At least one of the clients in the party must be over 18 years of age. All bookings are personal to you and may not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred. We have the right to take any action on any false bookings made, or made to damage our reputation. At least one of the clients must have a valid credit card which the hotel takes a note of at the check in to cover any extras incurred, or any damage caused in the room. Payment for extras (such as incidental charges, meals, meal supplements, mini-bar, dry cleaning/laundry and telephone) are to be paid directly to the hotel at the moment of your checkout. Hotels descriptions & star ratings This agreement is between you the User of this Site and us. Your use of this website is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modifications of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein and your agreement to use this website in accordance with and subject to these terms, conditions and notices, The terms, conditions and notices as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No LiabilityNot withstanding the generality of the above, we, to the extent permitted by the applicable law expressly disclaims any and all warranties of accuracy, reliability, or any other warrantee.
Links to third party sites Our failure to enforce at any time of for any period any one or more of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be a waiver of them or the rights attaching to any of them.
